Thursday’s lunch recipe: Fish with gingery soy sauce
July 16, 2009
This is an easy one, based on a recipe that Natalie posted to my FB wall. I substituted honey for sugar, since we try not to eat refined sugar.
Ingredients: fresh squeezed lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, freshly grated ginger, crushed pepper flakes. Whisk everything together, add to the pot with the fish, and cook. That’s it!
Don’t even ask what I served this with: Holy Salad. Some day he’ll get sick of it, and then I’ll have to come up with something else. But for now, we’re both loving it.
Beef cooking class tonight! Fun!
