Monday’s lunch recipe: Honey-lemon fish

Ingredients:
Yellow onion, 1
Green onion, for color more than anything
Mustard, I combined the seedy French mustard, German mustard, and regular yellow mustard
Garlic
Crushed red pepper
Fresh lemon juice
Sesame seed mix
Salt/Pepper
As always, mix it all together. Add a little olive oil to the pot, toss in the fish fillets, salt, then add the sauce. Cook covered, then uncover a bit at the end to reduce the liquid.
