Corn bread

This corn bread came out GREAT! We both loved it. I made some honey margarine for the top.

Ingredients:

1 c. soy flour
1 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. honey
4 T baking powder
3/4 t. salt
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add wet ingredients and mix for about a minute. Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake at 425°F or whatever your oven‘s equivalent is for 20-25 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean.
