Guacamole Lesson

One thing I learned last Saturday at the ill fated soccer game was that guacamole is a hit in this country, or at least among our friends and family. I bought four avocados and only used three, because they were enough to make this huge bowl of guacamole. It was gone so fast, I wished I had made more. There was plenty of food, but still…the guac ran out first. The avocados have been AMAZING lately.
Lesson learned: always make more guacamole than appears to be necessary. Don’t hesitate.
