About Last Night
Oh yes, the non-wheat pizza. In one word: FAIL. Though you wouldn’t guess from this photo of Pizza #1:

Aren’t they gorgeous? I did two different versions of the dough. The issue was that BOTH stuck to the pan, in a totally hideous way. Agus saved the night by:
1. Scraping both pizzas off the pan so we could (kind of) eat them, and
2. Making the most delicious shrimp with garlic-wine sauce.
On a positive note, the pizzas were delicious, though they looked terrible:
Seriously, I don’t know where to go from here. I don’t even know whether or not to post the recipes. I think I’ll wait until I have a non-stick version. Or a non-stick pizza pan. I have no clue as to what went wrong.
I think I’ll go make some bread now. Or anything that might come out right.
