Loving Leeks

I have decided I need more leeks in my life. I absolutely love them, but don’t use them anywhere near as much as I would like to. Sometimes, I think I forget about certain ingredients, though I come across them every time I go to the fruit and veggie store.

I started surfing through AllRecipes.com, and came across a couple of interesting leek recipes. Though what I really feel like having lately is a cookbook. Something formal and bound, not a recipe that I printed off the internet. And in English.

Will have to wait for a trip to the US, that’s for sure. Now I’m going to have to investigate options on Amazon.
