This was on my list of things to try, and I think it came out pretty good. Still not sure what to put it on, but will definitely find a use for it. When I lived in Mexico, I used to love mango and Nutella open faced sandwiches on dark rye.
Cacao, powdered and sugarless
Hazelnuts, 100 gm.
Agar agar, 2 t.
Well, I wish I could give you more details than that. I started out blending the hazelnuts with water, then added small parts of the rest, little by little. The agar agar went in last, when I realized I needed to thicken things up a bit.
It’s sweet and chocolaty, with a great hazelnut flavor. I’m loving it! No sugar, no dairy, no wheat.
