Gluten Free Pie Crust

This crust came out PERFECT! Perfect, perfect, perfect.

The original recipe came from RecipeZaar, and I made the following substitutions:

Agar agar for xantham gum (because, as we all know, I can’t find it down here)
Vegetable oil for margarine
White vinegar for apple cider vinegar, because that’s what I had on hand

This is what the raw crust looked like in the baking dish. A little uneven because it was hard to roll out and lift it up in one piece:
