Babaganoush update

I absolutely loved the babaganoush recipe I posted a few days ago. One thing I noticed on defrosting it was that I had to give it another whirl in the blender before serving.
Another thing I added to the original recipe to give it that smoky flavor was a few drops of liquid smoke. Which kind of freaks me out because it sounds so unnatural. The ingredients list actually says “liquid smoke” without any explanation of how smoke reaches this liquid form. In any case, it’s probably not too toxic, and it added an amazing flavor to the babaganoush.

Hey there, Holly! It was really quick and easy, and it was gone in a matter of less than a week, even the part that I froze.
