Olive oil bread

This is definitely the most amazing bread I’ve made yet. Love it! The olive oil was inspired by Fran’s bread from last night, and the recipe was based on my good old bread machine recipe.
Ingredients:
270 ml. Water
2 cups Rice flour
1 cup Corn flour
5 T Extra virgin olive oil
2 T. Powdered goat milk
3 t. Yeast
1/4 cup Amaranth and flax seed mix
